@ CCC - They are super easy you will be able to do them with your eyes shut! But wait til Bubs #2 comes along, remember the fondant bit is partly cooked (and there is egg in the mix).

@ Bee - oh, you *think* you could eat too, but the richness hits you just at the last mouthful...

@ Emma - the fail-safe part of these fondants is that you serve them in the ramekins as puddings! Impossible to collapse! The worst you can do is overcook them, and then they are transformed to some sort of cakey baked custard that's still pretty tasty :)

Delicious!! Beyond Yum. I love chocolate fondants and am almost guaranteed to order it should it appear on a menu.

My first meal for Mr Kitty was lemon rosemary chicken with milanese risotto and apple and raspberry crumble. It was months later when he actually confessed he hated raspberries - but ate two helpings just to impress me. That's love.
