Have been feasting on mussels as part of a promotion at a local hotel, at first I was not entirely sold on the idea but now I love the satisfying clink of the empty shells on the crockery.

Fantastic meal! I've never seen tarragon in mussels before...it sounds great. Nothing beats a big bowlful of mussels with some yummy bread to soak up all the juices.
Definitely a suitably impressive dish!

what a lovely way to prepare mussels! I have never used tarragon and it sounds like it would go perfectly! Crusty bread sounds like the best way to finish off this dish...you dont want to waste one drop of this sauce!

You are so lucky your mom taught you how to cook, I was way passed my 20th birthdays when I first cooked something, not that it was a success and almost 30 when I made my first edible dish :))
I like shellfish but rarely make them at home, yours look so delicious.

p.s. about the US dry yeast package, it has 7 grams but my advice is to use the amount of yeast it is required for 480 gr flour, sometimes it varies from country to country.
